1. File For A K-3 Visa
After you both get married outside the U.S. in a wonderful traditional ceremony or a simple civil ceremony, you can file for a K-3 nonimmigrant visa petition with the USCIS.The entire K-3 process generally takes about 6 to 9 months.
2. File For Green Card
After you both get married outside the U.S. in a wonderful traditional ceremony or a simple civil ceremony, you can file a Petition for Alien Relative with USCIS.
