Each professional at VisaPro will provide our clients with up-to-date information on each individual case. We will always return a client’s phone call and/or email promptly and no later than the same or next business day unless otherwise indicated by the attorney or Out of Office message. Our clients’ questions or requests will always be responded to with a sense of urgency.
When it comes to billing and invoice matters, clients don’t like surprises and neither do we. We believe that fees should be addressed early in the process and mutually agreed upon. Any cost estimates or quotes will be as realistic as possible, taking into account all relevant information provided by the prospective client. Our clients know that they are receiving value commensurate with the cost of service provided.
