When we retain a client, we conduct an assessment at the very beginning and give our clients a breakdown of both our legal fees as well as all expected immigration filing fees. There are no surprises or surcharges. The fee you see is the fee you get.
We do reserve the right to undertake certain types of case matters on an hourly basis. However, this will also be addressed at the beginning or reperforation- there will no surprises.
